  • All requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the event date. All online requests will be responded to via email and/or phone.
  • Please allow up to 72 hours for a member of our staff to respond to your request. We request that no messages be left during the first 72 hours of your request. Email is the best way to stay in contact with us during the booking process.
  • Contract signings are by appointment only. No walk-in appointments are available. Dates are not considered final until we have completed an event contract and successfully received full payment at the time of booking.
